My Mom bought us personalized pencils when we were kids. Always a special gift.Pencils were colorful and funthe pencils are of good quality- the colors of the design are bright and cheerful- however, the custom printed name is done in a lighter color, and quite small- difficult to see- i had to find it and point it out to my great-niece, because she thought they forgot to put her name on the pencils- and i had a bit of trouble seeing her name at first glance. . . .Bought these for my 5 year old granddaughter!! She brought one to kindergarten, all her friends love them!!!Got these for my niece and she loves them.?As you can see the pencils are covered in unicorns. But these are the ones my granddaughter picked. The name is cut into the wood, but that is all. NO ink is added. So on a really "busy" pencil you really can not see her name unless you really look for it. Her name does look good once you find it. I just think some ink would help it stand out against the unicorn pattern, but it's not an option. Nevertheless, she loved them when she saw them.Buying a kindergartner or first grader personalized pencils, is a tradition in my family going way back to me! Now I am doing form my own Grands. The latest loved them, and it was so neat to watch them figure out their own name!I do wish these were still seven sided (they are round) as rolling around is a thing, and I do wish the lettering was larger or more defined, maybe a different font, as it isn't quite as defined as previous years. Still definitely a product to bring joy!These pencils are super cute! My daughter absolutely loves them! I really like that her name is on them so there’s no mixing them up with anyone else’s pencils.
